1. Flower Submission: To ensure the best results, customers must ship or drop off flowers to Darling By Darian within 5 days of the event. Quick delivery enhances flower preservation, and Darling By Darian is not responsible for any or losses during this process.​

2. Condition of Flowers: Please follow the shipping instructions carefully to minimize damage. Fresh flowers are recommended for local drop-off and shipping to achieve optimal preservation results.

3. Flower Quality: The condition of the flowers upon arrival will impact the final artwork. Any damage or discoloration will be reflected in the preserved piece.

4. Flower Preservation: Please note that flowers may fade in color over time and during the preservation process.

5. Design Freedom: Darling By Darian reserves the creative freedom to arrange the flowers based on customer preferences discussed

6. Turnaround Time: Expect completed artwork within 2-3 months from the date we receive your florals. This is an estimate, and delivery may occur sooner or later.

7. Image Use Consent: By placing an order, you consent to Darling By Darian using images of the finished artwork and any photos shared for marketing and social media.

8. Cancellation: No deposit is required to book your appointment, but it must be scheduled in advance. Please contact me for a schedule link for local drop off or shipping appointments.

9. Refunds: Refunds are not available as all pieces are customized. Orders are final once your flowers have been altered in any way, by me. If there’s an error on my part, please reach out, and I will try to make it right.
